Compensation Package

The Valencia Agent split is 70/30 for all closed transactions when a lead was provided to the agent. The split is 80/20 for all closed transactions where the agent procured the deal.

What do I get for the percentage paid to the brokerage?

Valencia Realty wants its agents to properly manage their time in order to generate new business and properly serve existing clients. The office staff assumes the administrative tasks typically handled by the agent. The services provided substantially free up agent time and increase productivity. Based on the tasks and services provided by the office, (see above) you will find your productivity increase, and the dollars you retain will increase as well.
